Hannah Crerar

Vinyasa
Thursday @ 6:30am-7:30am
$16 casual

Yoga helps Hannah to connect with her body at such a deep level and she believes there are so many parallels to be drawn between the way we move and approach our yoga practice on the mat to the way we conduct ourselves in daily life. In 2015 Hannah completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Wellington then continued to study yin yoga, traditional Chinese medicine and meridian theory in Sri Lanka in 2016. The way she loves to practice and teach is to balance yin and yang through sequences that challenge, strengthen, stretch and soften the body. Hannah likes to weave themes and creative playlists into her classes. Coming to the mat is a constant opportunity to create space in the day where you can release in the body, mind and soul.

You then lay down with blankets and bolsters and are guided into a deep relaxation. Half an hour of practice can be the equivalent to a 4 hour sleep, that’s how much restoration can occur in the body! Great for your physical, and mental health helping to alleviate insomnia, depression and anxiety.
