Claire Robbie has been immersed in the yoga and meditation world for over 15 years. She teaches several styles of yoga after training in hatha, vinyasa, yin, prenatal, restorative, ashtanga and hot yoga training. Most of her formal yoga education took place in LA, her home for 8 years, with some of the world’s most notable teacher trainers.
Yoga and meditation are an integral part of Claire’s life. She sees yoga as a way to depend our mind, body and spirit connection and meditation as a fundamental and non-negotiable life tool. She became a yoga and meditation teacher as both have been immeasurably beneficial in her life, and for her, teaching is a 100% experiential process. She believes that you can’t teach what you haven’t experienced yourself or what you practice yourself. When Claire isn’t teaching she’s hanging with her son Jack Jozef or surfing.
