I AM Co. reserves the right to offer only exchanges or store credit (not refunds) on products that were, for whatever reason, incorrectly ordered or wrong – always at its absolute discretion.
Should you receive a damaged, perished or incorrect item in your box please contact I AM Co. within 5 business days of delivery via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
I AM Co. does not accept returns of boxes except as detailed below.
All boxes and products are checked for quality prior to delivery and while I AM Co. endeavours to ensure that the box and product inside is delivered to you in good condition, they may be damaged during delivery. You accept that the boxes are handed over to a third-party for delivery. I AM Co accepts no responsibility of damage made during delivery. If you intend to seek a replacement box or product you must send through a photograph clearly showing the damage to I AM Co. for assessment. If I AM Co. assesses the damage and agrees to replace the box or product, you may return the damaged box or product (at your own cost) to the address noted in these Terms. I AM Co. will replace the box and/or product as soon as practical.
You will also accept that I AM Co. will not refund or exchange any opened or used products, that are not in their original sealed state. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned at all, which is to be assessed at the time.
Subscriptions & Cancellations
All subscriptions automatically renew each month, until cancelled through the website. Payments come out at the end of each month (around the 27th). Unless a subscription is cancelled at least 2 days before the next billing date or subsequent subscription period, the subscription automatically renews for a further subscription period and you will be charged the same price.
You must review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order for a subscription is confirmed and the subscription price paid (including any gift purchases of a subscription), I AM Co. will not provide a refund of the subscription price.
Unless I AM Co. cancels or is unable to fulfil your order, in which case, we will provide a full refund of the whole or part of the subscription price depending on whether you have previously received boxes during your subscription.
Prices & Payments
All prices shown on the I AM Co site are listed in NZ dollars only and this is the only accepted currency.
The price points are subject to change at any time without notice to you the consumer.

As a member of the I AM Co site, you will have access to the ‘IAM Points’ system, these are points that are accumulated for different actions made on the site, mainly for bonus products.
Actions for points:
Sign up for a subscription (3, 6, 12 month only) = 5 points
Gifting a subscription plan = 5 points
Reviewing a single product = 1 point
A minimum of 30 points are needed for you to be able to claim the reward of a bonus gift.
The bonus gift will be sent in the next box delivery.
