WHAIORA ANTI-INFLAMMATORY GINGER PARSLEY SMOOTHIE

Another smoothie recipe to add to your repertoire but this time with the added goodness of the Whaiora Green Smoothie Blend.  This goodness in a glass will make you glow from the inside out.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium bunch flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe, frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado, stoned
  • 2 inches fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp Whaiora Green Smoothie Blend
  • 1 cup coconut water or filtered water

Directions:

Add everything into a blender with a handful of ice and blend until smooth.  Enjoy.
