• 1/2 cup mashed sweet potato*
  • 1⁄2 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or 1 Medjool date
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg


  1. Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until thick and smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and enjoy with all the delicious toppings; chopped almonds, coconut, date pieces, cacao nibs, chia seeds and more if you wish!

*To make the sweet potato mash ahead of time: Thoroughly wash your potatoes, prick holes in them, then wrap in foil and place in preheated oven to roast. After 30-40 mins, remove and let cool. Once cooled, slowly peel the skin away from the flesh. Place the flesh into a bowl and mash until smooth.
