Sugarfree Slimmers Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 handful frozen cauliflower (steamed & frozen)

1 handful frozen blueberries

1 handful kale

1 cup fresh almond milk or coconut milk

1/2 avocado

1 tbsp ground flax seeds

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.

2. Enjoy in a bowl or glass and top with your favourite toppings. Feel free to add more liquid if you prefer it a little less thick.
