These delicious little morsels are so easy and quick to whip up and make a great addition to a sharing platter. You could dip these into hummus or pesto for an even tastier snack or just enjoy as is. When cauliflower is slowly roasted like this, it becomes slightly crunchy and sweet, de-lish!
1 head cauliflower
3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1-2 tbsp Mingle Seasoning
1. Chop cauliflower into small pieces, place in a bowl with oil and seasoning and give the whole bowl a good shake up until all cauliflower pieces are evenly coated in oil and seasoning.
2. Place on an oven tray and bake (at 180 degrees celsius) for 30 minutes, or until golden.
3. Once cooked, let cool slightly and enjoy as a snack alongside a sharing platter.
