Plum and White Chocolate Bliss Balls

We’re not exaggerating when we say these balls of goodness are simply heavenly! We absolutely love using freeze dried products in our sweet treats to get the most intense flavour possible! These balls have the perfect balance between sweetness from the dates, and tartness from the plum powder and are made just little bit special with the addition of cacao butter in place of white chocolate. Super creamy and delicious, just like the real thing – just without all the added sugar and dairy! We promise you will fall in love with these delectable treats!


1 cup cashew nuts

1/2 cup dates, soaked and drained

1/3 cup cacao butter chunks

3 tsp freeze-dried plum powder + extra for rolling – we used Fresh As


1. Add the dates and cashew nuts into your food processor and process until combined well.

2. Add in the plum powder and pulse until the powder is dispersed throughout the mixture.

3. Add in the chunks of cacao butter and carefully pulse, making sure to not overdo it – you want to have chunks of ‘white chocolate’ throughout the mixture.

4. Roll tablespoon sized balls in more of the plum powder and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before enjoying.
