Peanut Butter and Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl

There is nothing that feels quite as indulgent (yet healthy) as a decadent smoothie bowl topped with allllll the goods. We love exploring with the blender to find new and delicious flavour combinations and of course TOPPINGS! This is such a goodie to make with little ones as they absolutely LOVE to choose their toppings and decorate their bowls themselves – try this one out for breaky, lunch or dessert!

Ingredients:

1 large, ripe banana, frozen

1 cup almond or coconut milk

2 medjool dates

1 large tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch sea salt

Directions:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend, blend, blend until silky smooth!

2. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite goodies to make it look extra gorge…we love using berries, more peanut butter, and Peanut Butter and Caramel Smooshed Wholefood Balls from Tasti. Delish!
