We all desire that elusive luminous and smooth skin….
But the problem is we usually try and attack our skin from the outside…when in fact this is all about the INSIDE work.
So this smoothie is FULL of goodness to help give your skin that glowing dewy look on a day-to-day basis!
Full of healthy fats and essential fatty acids from the avocado & flax seed oil, helping to nourish your skin cells. The celery, cucumber & greens help to provide a hit of rich antioxidants, as well as hydration. Aloe vera juice helps to line the gut and smooth digestion first thing, which will improve skin tone.
~ 2 Bananas (ripe)
~ 1/2 Avocado
~ 1 – 2 cups unsweetened coconut / almond milk
~ 2 stalks Celery
~ Piece of Cucumber
~ 1 cup Baby Kale
~ 1 tbsp Aloe Vera Juice
~ 1 tbsp Flax Seed Oil
~ 1 tsp Spirulina
~ 1 tsp Maca powder
Pop ALL the ingredients into a large high speed blender. Blend until smooth, pop into the fridge over night and enjoy cold in the morning. OR blend up with a few ice cubes and enjoy right away. SERVES 2.
