Blackcurrant Breakfast BowlIngredients:

2 frozen bananas

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 1/2 cups baby kale or spinach

1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

1 handful raw cashews

2 tbsp ViBERi New Zealand Blackcurrant Powder

2 tbsp Acai berry powder

1 tbsp coconut yoghurt

1 tbsp maca powder

1 tbsp cacao powder

Optional toppings: Coconut chips, granola, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, cacao nibs, freeze dried blackcurrants, bee pollen, extra fruit.

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until thick and smooth. Add a little more liquid if needed, while still maintaining a thick and creamy consistency.

2. Scoop the ingredients into two bowls and then creatively layer your chosen toppings over top.
