We LOVE to cover our smoothie bowls in all sorts of healthy toppings, we go a little crazy on it and think you should to! It makes for a pretty and inviting eating experience plus adds to the texture and crunch-factor which we love!
Ingredients: ( Serves 2 – 3 )
2 bananas (frozen or ripe)
1 cup green leaves (baby kale or spinach)
1 cup blueberries (organic & frozen if available)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk + extra if needed for consistency
2 tbsp Ceres Organics Antioxidant Boost
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
Fresh As freeze dried strawberry slices
Ceres Organics Antioxidant Boost sprinkle
Coconut chips / shred
Chopped fruit (berries, kiwifruit, sliced apple)
1. Blend blend blend all your smoothie ingredients in a blender. Once thick and smooth pour into 2 or 3 bowls, leaving about 1 – 2 cm space at the top.
2. Chop, cut and prepare your toppings and then sprinkle over the top to make the bowls look extra good.
3. Eat with a spoon and enjoy with your loved ones!
