- 1 frozen banana
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 knob fresh ginger, peeled
- 1/2 cup fresh almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
