Sunniva HoltWhen not traveling (which is a lot!) Sunniva is based in Auckland with her husband, 3-year-old daughter & little Griffon dog. Over the last few years she has built a property empire, started two successful businesses, written a bestselling book, released a bestselling recipe app, traveled the world, done about 100 personal development courses on and offline all over the globe, become a qualified mindset coach, and now her mission is empowering women to have it all, do it all, be it all, and never settle for less.

Your go-to brekkie is…

I don’t generally eat breakfast, I have Good Green Stuff and a superfoods coffee, which is organic espresso blended with maca, ground vanilla, raw Manuka honey and Lions Mane.

Your go-to lunch is…

Pretty much the same everyday, unless I’m at The Unbakery (which is at least twice a week!). 3 eggs scrambled with a ton of greens, cherry tomatoes, smoked kelp and sometimes smoked salmon.

Eggs & VeggiesYour go-to dinner is…

If my husband isn’t home I have a smoothie or porridge (I’m backwards when it comes to meals!). If he’s here we keep it simple, some form of protein and lots of veggies.

Dessert or no dessert…

Dessert is almost always 90% Lindt Dark Chocolate.

What you reach for when a snack attack hits…

I’m often experimenting with raw treats so its whatever I’ve made at the time. All the things you see on my Instagram!

Bali and LA (Venice Beach/Santa Monica).

Raspberries. Obsessed!

Dark chocolate. Like, really dark to the point of bitterness so you have 1 or 2 little squares and feel so satisfied!

Greens powders. I take them everywhere, it’s my natural energy boost and keeps my skin glowing!

Your ultimate foodie indulgence…

Anything at Little Bird or Cafe Gratitude.

The recipe that’ll always get you drooling…

Anything with avocado!
