There’s something so intriguing about knowing the secrets of a healthy foodie. Follow along with this series where we find out what a wide range of successful health-loving ladies eat in a day.

This week we chat with the lovely Stella-Kate Lilly, a 16 year old plant-based foodie and the face behind The Raw Blogger.

Stella-Kate Lilly (The Raw Blogger) is a 16-year-old passionate vegan foodie with a love for all animals and the earth as well as a passion for creating healthy wholefood recipes. In Stella’s free time, she can be found making and trying lots of different wholefood – plant based recipes or spending time outside enjoy the fresh air. She has been running her Instagram @therawblogger since July 2017 which has become quite popular over the past few months. This is where she sharing all her amazing creations as well as some little bits of insight on her day to day life.

Your go-to brekkie is…

It really depends on what we have in our pantry/fridge. Most of the time it’s a nice big smoothie bowl topped with heaps of fruit, granola, nuts and seeds and sometimes the occasional treat like an Oreo.

  1. Your go-to lunch is…

A sandwich full of delicious veggies that need to be used up in our fridge. It usually has something like this: Hummus, lettuce, tomatoes, capsicum, cucumber and some nutritional yeast flakes.

  1. Your go-to dinner is…

A big Buddha bowl full of legumes, grains and seasonal veg. A typical bowl usually consists of sweet potato or potato, lots of veg and some sort of legume such as lentils, chickpeas or black beans.

  1. Dessert or no dessert…

Dessert always! I always have to end my day with a little something sweet.

What you reach for when a snack attack hits…

When I feel a bit peckish I usually reach for some fruit or crackers and hummus!

Your fave foodie destination…

My fav foodie destination would probably Mexico as it has the best fruit that you will ever taste!

Sweet potatoes, watermelon and cherry tomatoes

  1. Your ultimate foodie indulgence…

An Acai bowl or a vegan salad from The Green House here in Palmy North !!

The recipe that’ll always get you drooling is…

These amazing Pancakes topped with Vegan Yoghurt, Oreos and Figs.
