Your go-to brekkie is…

Every morning I make my mega smoothie. Mega because there’s like 50,000 ingredients in it! Always a leafy green of some sort (kale, silverbeet or spinach… always organic), an organic banana, plant milk (I’m loving oat at the moment), and the the magic. I’m hooked on adaptogens… Ashwagandha, tulsi holy basil, gotu kola, maca, a dairy-free probiotic, cacao powder, spirulina and a plant protein powder (Ceres Organics Chocolate Rice Protein is my fave). The smoothie is so massive that I usually take it in the car with me when I drop Stella to school and it lasts me through ‘til lunch.

Your go-to lunch is…

Either another smoothie or some sort of salad. It depends how busy it is in the café. Some days I get caught just snacking all day which drives me crazy!

Quinoa Rice SaladYour go-to dinner is…

I am loving salads for dinner at the moment. Once it gets warmer, I don’t have a huge appetite in the evening. I load up on organic greens, veges, sometimes throw in some curried “chicken not chicken” and make some kind of kick-ass dressing. I’m lucky because my husband pretty much eats whatever I do, so it’s not like I have to make 45 meals at night!

Dessert or no dessert…

Don’t really do dessert. Boring I know! I try to keep my sugar intake down really low as it affects my skin heaps. It’s usually herbal tea and maybe a piece of dark vegan chocolate at bed, but honestly, I’m not a massive sweet tooth… Never have been. Sorry sugar addicts!

What you reach for when a snack attack hits…

I could be a snacking queen… Actually, I’m quite tempted to do a snack cookbook, or maybe an e-book. Crackers, chips, fruit, nori sheets. Mostly salty is my jam. I could eat potato chips aaaaaall day errryday!

Fruit PlatterYour fave foodie destination…

I don’t get out much, and being vegan it can be tricky sometimes to choose healthy on the menus. I go for sides which seems a bit lame. If I’m not at the café, then home is my fave destination because I get to choose exactly what I want and how I want it. Hence the addiction to doing free recipes on my Instagram, because I know how frustrating it can be for vegans to be creative! I’m busting to go to LA though and drown in the vegan scene there.

Three foods you can’t live without…

Cacao, organic greens and chicken not chicken. Not all together though… Lol.

Your ultimate foodie indulgence…

Oh my god, answering this makes me realise how boring I sound! I don’t kind of have an indulgence! Is that weird? I’d probably say my old mate the potato chip… Or just any kind of chip. Shoestrings mmmmm.

The recipe that’ll always get you drooling is…

Are chips a recipe?! Sheesh, I dunno, I just love a green smoothie. They rock my world.
