Your go-to brekkie is…

Does an hour of Power Vinyasa and a bulletproof coffee count? I’m not a massive breakfast person, however when I’m in full health buzz mode a green smoothie with a homemade matcha, turmeric, cacao, oat milk latte.

Your go-to lunch is…

Whatever is leftover from dinner. I always try to make a double portion and have this the following day. Or just avo on toast with sauerkraut.

Avo & Kraut on Toast

Your go-to dinner is…

At the moment, homemade soup. But in summer I love some sort of protein and salad.

Dessert or no dessert…

Healthy dessert, yes! I love chocolate avocado mousse and have been known to polish off an entire Loving Earth Salted Caramel Chocolate bar (not the small one).

What you reach for when a snack attack hits…

Chocolate, always chocolate.

Your fave foodie destination…

Bali! There are so many incredible raw vegan cafes there. One of the best – Alchemy Bali in Ubud.

Alchemy BaliThree foods you can’t live without…

Cacao, avocado and chilli.

Your ultimate foodie indulgence…

Pizza, would cheat on anything with pizza. Give me a thin crust with buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil and I’ll cover it in extra virgin olive oil and chilli flakes!

The recipe that’ll always get you drooling is…

I love my mango avocado salsa. So fresh, so healthy and goes with so many things! Cube an avocado and mango into small pieces, finely chop red onion and coriander, add fresh chilli (to your desired heat level) and squeeze over with fresh lime. Serve with nachos or panfried fish and salad.
