She loves being outside or in a yoga class and loves being in the kitchen creating healthy delicious meals and treats for her family. Olivia’s biggest passion is to encourage everyone to embrace a healthier and more balanced lifestyle and to create recipes that are both easy and approachable, all with a good lashing of peanut butter of course!

  1. Your go-to brekkie is…

  2. Definitely some kind of smoothie bowl or a ‘Sangi bowl” as we call it in my house. At the moment my go to is avocado choc mousse, lathered in peanut butter and homemade granola.
  3. Your go-to lunch is…

Definitely some kind of salad, I am the queens of salads! I actually feel malnourished if there isn’t a side of lettuce or baby spinach with what I’m eating, I’m loving poke inspired bowls at the moment with soba noodles, edamame beans and a truck load of bright crispy veggies.

Your go-to dinner is…

If I had my way it would definitely be another giant salad, but usually homemade pizzas or a Vietnamese inspired meal with a side of rice paper rolls and spicy peanut sauce.

  1. Dessert or no dessert…

Absolutely dessert, I really don’t understand why you wouldn’t want to square things off with a little piece of cake… or when people don’t like chocolate, like ‘what do you mean?’

  1. What you reach for when a snack attack hits…

Definitely carrot sticks and hummus or nut butter.  When ever there’s a hummus meme on social media at least five people send it to me.

Your fave foodie destination…

Mexico! I love guac, refried beans and tacos especially when they’re made the traditional way.

Three foods you can’t live without…

Avocado, Tahini, Chilli sauce

Your ultimate foodie indulgence…

Oh that’s a tough one, at the moment, cookies and cream ice cream and my raw Banoffee Pie.

The recipe that’ll always get you drooling is…

I am a huge fan of peanut butter so this recipe is a match made in heaven. www.breakfastbabes.club/raw-treats/#/peanut-butter-cheesecake/
