Your go-to brekkie is…

My favourite breakfast of all time is my go-to breakfast smoothie with berries, banana, spinach, flaxseeds, tahini, maca powder, protein and unsweetened almond milk. I absolutely love this smoothie, it can be thrown together in a matter of minutes and it’s full of healthy fats, protein and greens to nourish my body and give me lasting energy.

Your go-to lunch is…

Lunch is usually a big plate full of vegetables (normally left-overs or food I’ve prepped the previous weekend) tossed through a handful of leafy greens, with some protein (usually chicken or boiled eggs), a complex carbohydrate (sweet potato, pumpkin, quinoa) and a healthy fat (avocado or a homemade dressing). It’s nourishing, satisfying and bursting with nutrients.

Your go-to dinner is…

I like keeping dinner meals simple, quick but nutrient dense. One of my all time favourite dinners is salmon steak with stir-fried greens (usually broccoli, courgettes or green beans) with brown rice (or quinoa if I want dinner in 15 minutes) drizzled in a homemade tahini dressing.

Dessert or no dessert…

Definitely dessert! Almost every night I’ll have 2 squares of Lindt 78% dark chocolate with a cup of herbal tea.

What you reach for when a snack attack hits…

My chocolate bliss balls. This has been my go-to snack for years, and surprisingly I haven’t yet (fingers crossed) got sick of them! They fix my 3pm sweet tooth every time!

Your fave foodie destination…

I love Japanese food, nothing like fresh sashimi!

Three foods you can’t live without…

Dark chocolate, avocado, tahini.

Your ultimate foodie indulgence…

Movenpick chocolate ice-cream. It’s my absolute weakness!

The recipe that’ll always get you drooling is…

I’m a chocolate lover so my raw chocolate mousse. This recipe is bursting with goodness and deliciousness. The awesome thing is it’s super easy and quick to make!
