Your go-to brekkie is…

Cottage cheese, chopped apple, almonds +/- peanut butter. Or going through a phase of grated apple/carrot, Clean Lean Protein blended into almond milk (higher protein milk) and Clean Paleo / Pure delish cereal.

Your go-to lunch is…

Leftover roast vegetables, salad vegetables, sauerkraut, homemade hummus, homemade mayo with protein: leftover chicken, canned salmon, hardboiled eggs. I like to wrap this in nori sheets.

Your go-to dinner is…

We love zucchini noodles ‘ala’ pasta, tomato-based sauce with olives, and salad greens.

Dessert or no dessert…

Peanut butter and coconut butter, a few teaspoons with 90% dark chocolate and a cup of tea.

What you reach for when a snack attack hits…

Carrots and almond butter.

Your fave foodie destination…

Too many to choose from! Of late, have been loving Winona Forever.
