I am a bit spoilt with the café… our Bibimbap is my absolute favourite for lunch as it keeps me going all day. Cauliflower rice, kimchi, pickled cucumber and carrot, teriyaki mushrooms and fried egg

Your go-to dinner is…

Zucchini noodles (zoodles) with anything…. Prawn curry or garlic, chilli and parmesan cheese yummm!

Dessert or no dessert…

Definitely… no questions asked.

What you reach for when a snack attack hits…

Midnight baker freedom loaf with peanut butter.

Your fave foodie destination…

At the moment I am loving Tok Tok in Takapuna.

Three foods you can’t live without…

Almonds, avocado and our Vegan Bliss Balls (no life before those).

Your ultimate foodie indulgence…

Chocolate.
