Your go-to brekkie is…

I don’t eat breakfast during the week, I fast until 1pm so will just drink water or some ketones. On the weekend if I have breakfast it’s generally everything on the sides menu at Odettes.

Your go-to lunch is…

A Poke Bowl.

Your go-to dinner is…

I’ve just started ordering WOOP so will have that 3x nights a week which is great as I don’t have to think about what to make, it’s all done for me. Other nights I’ll usually have a salad with chicken or go out somewhere with friends.

Dessert or no dessert…

Dessert! Pick & Mix at Countdown Ponsonby is my regular ha!

What you reach for when a snack attack hits…

Protein powder with water. I don’t keep any food at my office so that means I’m not tempted to reach for something ‘bad’ when I get peckish.

Your fave foodie destination…

Anywhere with Italian food!

Three foods you can’t live without…

Potato, kombucha and hot sauce!

Donuts from Foxtrot Parlour.

The recipe that’ll always get you drooling is…

Kumara Nachos from my 2ndrecipe book. I make that meal allll the time and don’t think I’ll ever get sick of it.
