Your go-to brekkie is…

Either oats or eggs. I wake up and have a glass of warm lemon water followed by a glass of Apple Cider Vinegar in water to wake up my digestive system and detox my body. This all gives me time to understand what my body is feeling like that morning. If I go for eggs it’ll usually be scrambled or hard boiled with cooked spinach, avocado & maybe some smoked salmon if I feel fancy + chill flakes of course. If I feel like something sweeter I go for oats usually cooked with mashed banana & cinnamon topped with kiwifruit and berries.

Your go-to lunch is…

At the moment I’m obsessed with my “on-the-go” lunch which is corn thins, avocado, seaweed sheets & tuna. It’s like deconstructed sushi.

Your go-to dinner is…

Usually roast veggies with a side of avocado and a tahini dressing topped with nuts & seeds.

Jess Quinn & SaladDessert or no dessert…

No dessert but every night I have a Hot Cacao with Maca.

What you reach for when a snack attack hits…

Blue Dinosaur bars or almond butter. But I am seriously into Blue Dinosaur bars. They give me energy when I’m lacking and satisfy any cravings I might be having.

Your fave foodie destination…

Bali. Being someone who is super passionate about fuelling my body with whole, nutritious foods, Bali is the place to go. From smoothie bowls to the most amazing macro or buddha bowls. It’s incredible. I’m not vegan but basically live as if I am in Bali because it’s so easy to do.

Gypsy BaliThree foods you can’t live without…

Is it bad that I had to think about this for a very long time? I feel like there are too many foods I can’t live without. What can I say, I like food.

Your ultimate foodie indulgence…

Banana bread. All day, everyday.

The recipe that’ll always get you drooling…

Again, banana bread. I don’t know what it is, I just have this weakness for it. In fact, I’m going home to make banana bread this afternoon.
