Huma is a 22 year old born in England, and currently living in Auckland. She is passionate about everything health and fitness. When she is not in the gym, she loves getting creative in the kitchen or getting messy with her paint supplies. She started her vegan Instagram in 2015 to show people that adopting a healthy vegan lifestyle is not as hard as everyone would think and anyone can do it.



Your go-to brekkie……

I’m not really a breakfast person. I don’t get hungry until lunchtime but if it’s the weekend I love to start the day with a big smoothie bowl topped with everything I have in the pantry.

Your go-to lunch is… A simple but spicy vege stir fry. 


Your go-to dinner……

A big bowl of creamy mushroom pasta

Dessert or no dessert……..

I have a savoury tooth instead of a sweet tooth, so I will usually grab seconds for dinner instead of dessert! But if the sweet cravings kick in, I always love bliss balls.

What you reach for when a snack attack hits…

Always peanut butter on an apple!

New York, I don’t think I was hungry for even one second in that place.

Peanut butter, banana, hot sauce

I love a super spicy thai red curry with tofu with curry puffs.

I go through a lot of phases, but right now anything with the words creamy and pasta in the same sentence. I am a sucker for creamy pastas.
