Protien smoothie – Pranaon protein (coconut milk flavour), my home made almond milk,
banana, cinnamon, spinach, greens powder, ground chia seed, ice. And of course coffee.
Your go-to lunch is…
Leftovers form the night before are always great. Otherwise, rice crackers with hummus,
avo & sauerkraut!
Your go-to dinner is…
Plant based nachos!! Beans, lentils, corn, basil & tomato pasta sauce.. With corn chips of course (preferably Ceres yellow rounds).
Dessert or no dessert…
Always. Popcorn or dark chocolate please.
What you reach for when a snack attack hits…
Apples. Carrot & hummus. Kombucha. Fruit & nut mix. Rice crackers. Anything I can get
my hands on – I get hangry, so it’s dangerous territory.
