Your go-to brekkie is…

Overnight oats soaked with a whole bunch of nuts and seeds. A typical combo for me would be oats, pumpkin seeds, almonds, cacao nibs and cinnamon, all topped with a big dollop of coconut yoghurt and fresh berries.

Overnight OatsYour go-to lunch is…

Something quick and easy. Usually my lunch bowl consists of some type of grain such as brown rice or quinoa, beans such as chickpeas or black beans, and a whole lot of seasonal veg.

Miso Eggplant Nourish BowlYour go-to dinner is…

Kumara, bokchoy, steamed kale, broccoli and tempeh cooked in tamari, sesame and maple syrup. I’m obsessed with this dinner and have it at least 4 times a week!

Dessert or no dessert…

Always dessert! I have a major sweet tooth so after dinner you’ll typically find me nibbling on a couple pieces of raw chocolate.

Vegan IcecreamWhat you reach for when a snack attack hits…

Whenever I am a bit peckish or need an extra boost of energy I’ll typically reach for fresh fruit like apples or a handful of juicy medjool dates stuffed with almond butter.

Your fave foodie destination…

Los Angeles! Literally a vegan paradise and home to the best best acai bowls I have ever tasted.

Three foods you can’t live without…

Kumara, oats and berries.

Farmer's Market BerriesYour ultimate foodie indulgence…

Granola! Even though it is always super healthy, any self-control seems to go out the window when it comes to homemade granola and I’ll have no trouble devouring half a batch before it even makes it out of the oven!

The recipe that’ll always get you drooling is…

My Raw Snickers recipe that I created for GoodFor store.
