Your go-to brekkie is…

In the cold months, blueberry porridge with lemon yoghurt and a handful of cashew nuts. In the warmer months, peanut butter and cacao, or banana and blueberry smoothies.

Your go-to lunch is…

A big green salad with shredded roast chicken, sushi if I’m on the go (or a cheese and ham toasted sandwich with a side salad if I’m short on time and already making them for the kids!).

Your go-to dinner is…

Thai cashew nut chicken or a decent curry with a kick to it

Dessert or no dessert…

Love my dessert!

What you reach for when a snack attack hits…

Peanut butter on apple slices, whatever fruit we have, or bliss balls.

Your fave foodie destination…

France.

Three foods you can’t live without…

Cheese. Blueberries. Peanut butter.

Your ultimate foodie indulgence…

Freshly made sushi with all the extras on the side (gyoza dumplings, edamame beans, tempura veges…yum!)

The recipe that’ll always get you drooling is…

Blueberry, banana and almond meal pancakes with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
