Your go-to brekkie is…

A vanilla berry smoothie: I include half a banana, vanilla pea protein powder, a handful of frozen berries, a handful of frozen spinach, almond-coconut milk and a sprinkle of cocoa nibs on top. I don’t like anything too heavy to start my day, so a smoothie leaves me feeling nice and light while providing a good balance of protein, fats, and carbs.

Your go-to lunch is…

I am all about leftovers on my workday, any extra cooking I don’t
have to do is an absolute win. In saying that, my go-to lunch that’s quick and easy to prep is some honey-soy prawns cooked with some broccoli over some white basmati rice. Quick, healthy, and filling.

Your go-to dinner is…

I love some nice fresh Blue cod and a big salad with some fresh
corn on the cob. It’s my favourite.

Dessert or no dessert…

I really don’t have a sweet tooth at all, I am a savoury girl through and through. I never have dessert I can easily have so many sweet treats in the
house and not feel tempted to eat them.

What you reach for when a snack attack hits…

Annies Apple and Boysenberry Fruit Bar – especially just before a workout or while on the go this gives me the perfect energy burst. + being dairy free it is often difficult for me to find on the go snacks but Annies
being vegan makes it super convenient.

Your fave foodie destination…

Byron Bay – I don’t know what it is about the place but the cafes there are so delicious they have so many healthy alternatives and cater so well for people with dietary requirements. As soon as this border opens, I am going back just for the delicious sweet potato fries they do!

Three foods you can’t live without…

fresh blueberries.

Your ultimate foodie indulgence…

Something carby a nice homemade beef or chicken burger in a ciabatta roll with lots of gherkins and mayo.

The recipe that’ll always get you drooling is…

I have recently found this dairy-free Creamy carbonara from Sarah Days Sunee app it is so creamy and delicious I feel like I am eating a full cream carbonara. I add chicken to give it the extra protein hit.
